How It Works
Step 1 - Contact our staff to check the availability of our professors, psychoanalysts, psychologists, and other providers. Since we have limited time slots for new clients, it’s best to get in touch with us early. Please provide a brief overview of yourself and the type of support you need. Contact us at info.bkk@pulse-clinic.comor chat with us on your preferred platforms.
Step 2 - We’ll match you with a provider and offer your first session at no cost.
Step 3 - If you decide to continue with your provider, we encourage you to book 3 sessions in advance. Payments can be made online via credit card, bank transfer, or in cash at the clinic.
Step 4 - Sessions can be provided in-person at the clinic or through online counseling. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, most of our providers are currently offering online sessions. Normally, sessions are once a week, but if you feel the need for more frequent sessions, we’re happy to accommodate your request, subject to availability and your specific needs.
