How RefillXpress Works

1. Submit Your Refill Request

Online Portal: To start, simply log in to the PULSE Online Patient Portal (POPP) on our website or use the E-DOC app to send your refill request.
TeleConsult: If needed, you can schedule a virtual consultation with one of our doctors to discuss your health and prescription requirements.

2. Consultation and Approval

Our healthcare providers will review your medication history and approve the refill request. If a consultation is necessary, we will arrange a TeleConsult to ensure that your prescription is up to date.

3. Prescription Fulfillment and Delivery

Once approved, your prescription will be processed and shipped to your home. You can choose from multiple delivery options, including mail, or pick it up at any of our PULSE CLINIC (Social Enterprise) locations.
